How do I complete the KYC process in EGP?
Solution It is very important that Clubfreedom members understand the necessity of submitting proper KYC documents to EGP. The staff at EGP has reported that many members are not submitting proper KYC documents. The following are complete instructions for the KYC process in EGP:

1. Log into your EGP members area.

2. Click on the Debit Cards link in the top menu and then click on the Update KYC link.

3. You will first verify your email address by following the instructions on the KYC page.

4. Next you will verify your mobile telephone by following the instructions on the KYC page.

5. The next step is the Personal Information form. You must click on the link and fill out the form entirely. All fields marked with a * (red asterisk) must be completed. If your photo ID and proof of address are in another language other than English, please indicate the language in the details section of the form. Click the Submit button when you are finished.

6. The next step is to upload your Photo ID.
VERY IMPORTANT - The ONLY accepted forms of photo identification are: passport, driving license or a national or state issued identification card. DO NOT upload personal photos or any other form of photo identification that is not official. Your KYC will be rejected if the proper official document is not uploaded. You must upload only jpeg, gif, png or PDF formats and the file must be under 1 MB.

7. The next step is to upload your Proof of Address.
VERY IMPORTANT - The ONLY accepted proof of address documents are: utility bill (such as electric, telephone, gas, etc.), bank statement or a bank letter. DO NOT send any other documents. You may NOT use your photo ID for this requirement. You must upload one of the accepted forms of proof of address. You may NOT use your photo ID for both requirements. Again, you must upload only jpeg, gif, png or PDF formats and the file must be under 1 MB.

Allow 24 hours for your KYC to be approved.
