Solution To add a bank wire account to your EGP account, follow these instructions:

Log into your EGP members area:

Click on the "Withdraw Funds" tab in the top menu and select "Bank Wire - Add wire account." Fields must be completed as shown below:

Wire account name: Enter your bank account name (what you want to call it, such as Tom's bank account)
First Name: Enter your first name
Last Name: Enter your last name
Bank account number: Enter your account number
Bank name: Enter the name of your bank
Account name: Enter the name that is registered to bank account (the name of the person on the bank account)
Branch name: Enter the bank branch (e.g. the city the bank is located in)
Branch Address Line 1: Enter the address of the bank
Branch Address Line 2:
Branch zip / post code: Enter the post code / zip code of the bank
Bank Country: Enter the country
IBN: Leave field blank if you do not have an IBN number
Swift code: Enter bank swift code if applicable

If you require a intermediary bank click in the box so a tick appears and additional fields will be displayed so you can enter intermediary bank details:

Bank account number: If there is a specific bank account required for intermediary bank please enter here
Bank name: Enter the name of the intermediary bank
Account name: If there is a specific account name enter it here otherwise write n/a
Branch name: Enter the intermediary branch
Bank Address Line 1: Enter the address of the intermediary bank
Bank Address Line 2:
Branch zip / post code: Enter the post code of intermediary bank
Bank Country: Enter the country where the intermediary bank is located

Once you have added the new wire account with the correct details, click on the "Withdraw Funds" tab again and select "Bank Wire – Request Withdrawal." You then need to select the new wire account details you added from the drop down menu (where it says "Choose Wire Account") and then enter the amount to withdraw.
